The listed prices are construction costs per square foot and are exclusive of GST, government approval fees, temporary electrical/water connections, and specific soil testing costs. These will be estimated separately during consultation.
Are there any hidden costs?
No hidden costs! What we sign is what you pay. However, exclusions like compound walls, sumps, septic tanks, and elevation works are usually calculated based on your specific plot dimensions and design choices, rather than the base built-up area.
